Searching for long-term rental

I just moved to London to start my PhD at UCL. Technically, I am both a student and professional, since I am sponsored by my company and am continuing to work part time while in school. I'm looking for an en-suite room with the potential to become a permanent tenant. I am hoping to find roommates who are clean, as I am probably a 9.5/10 on the cleanliness scale. I will be quite busy, likely out of the house every weekday between 7-6 but home evenings and weekends. I am generally quiet, respectful, and go to bed around 11. I will never leave dishes in the sink!
