Seeks House/Flat share in Leicester (Sept mov in)

Hi! I am Sreehari, a full-time professional relocating to Leicester (by September). I am looking for a stable, quiet, and clean home from mid to late September.

I am looking for a long-term home rather than short-term accommodation.

Ideally, I am looking for:

* A modern 2-bedroom flat or house to share with just one other professional (maximum 2 people in the property, including me), or
* A spacious en-suite room in a quiet, well-maintained property with only one other occupant.

I would prefer all bills (Council Tax, utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi) to be included/shared among the occupants.

I am a tidy, organised, respectful and easy-going person. I value a peaceful, clean living environment after work and am looking for a like-minded professional who appreciates privacy, cleanliness and mutual respect.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and lead a quiet lifestyle. Most of my time is spent at work, at the gym, or relaxing at home, so I’m looking for a home with a similar atmosphere.
