I’m a single woman looking for a clean, quiet room in a friendly and respectful household. I’m hoping to move in from the 18th and am looking for a long-term place to settle.

I’m calm, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I value a peaceful home and get along well with others while also respecting privacy. I don’t smoke and live a fairly low-key lifestyle.

I currently receive Universal Credit and PIP, and rent would always be paid on time. I’m happy to provide references if needed and answer any questions.
