Buddy up/flatmate wanted

Hello, I’m Deirdre.

I’m a young professional who is looking to buddy up with someone in the city centre and I am going to be going to viewings this week and next week. I work five days a week in the further education sector. I would like somewhere as close to the city centre as possible or ideally close to a Glider route

About me: I love animals (but unfortunately many places don’t allow you to rent with any but I have a dog and two cats at the family home) I am open to buddying up with someone with pets as I take cetirizine to manage any allergies at home.

I did a Psychology degree at Uni and later a PGCERT in Applied Psychology. I always have enjoyed learning and look at ways to learn new skills and at one point dabbled in learning holistic therapies.

In terms of going out, I like going out around once a fortnight and like to try and maintain a healthy work/life balance. I am open to meeting new people as I have found sometimes when you’re working full time fitting in socialising on top can be difficult!

I drink socially in moderation. As I work five days a week and I’m not a great sleeper I’d prefer someone to have similar preferences during the week noise wise but at the weekend I’m not as bothered about this.

I’m trying to get back into going to the gym and I’m currently aiming to go around three times a week. I love doing things like going out for food/coffee or going to the cinema. I personally would like to become friends with the person I am flat sharing with if possible.

I’m pretty clean and considerate and while I don’t expect anyone to be perfect I’d want my housemate to be similar in this area (I’m still slightly traumatised by my university halls kitchen lol)
