Moving to Cardiff from Mid-Wales

Hello! Giulio here, I have been living in the Welsh countryside (Machynlleth) for many years and I am now up for city life again. Looking for a place not too far from my office (Cathedral Road). I have lived in shared housing for many years both in Italy and in the UK. Ideally, I'd live in a warm and welcoming house, where housemates respect each other's spaces and needs, whilst at the same time being friendly with each other. Some degree of sharing (e. g. sharing meals every some time would also feel good). I am generally quite clean and tidy. I am Italian and I also speak Spanish and some Welsh.
