Looking for housemates / rentals

Me and my partner are AFAB (I am a transitioning trans man and my boyfriend is pre transition). We are quiet people who like nights in and not really your stereotypical party type tenants when you see the word ‘students’.

I am a recent graduate from Waterbear University from studying music and my boyfriend is actively studying Animation in Brighton. I am seeking employment but as of right now I am taking online classes and running a small business. My boyfriend is a student and is on the max amount of loan. We can only afford up to a total of £850 with bills included, £700 for just rent!

We have 2 male rabbits who are house trained, currently in the process of bonding them. They’re litter trained and aren’t really chewers. If they’re an issue we will keep them in a room (whether that be ours or we find a place where they can have their own small room - nothing big needed!) or they can stay in the living room ideally. They don’t smell and are clean animals! We clean their pens every morning.

What we’re looking for:
Personally, I’d appreciate a non smoking household and a non party household. I’d love to have a warm atmosphere. I’m not too comfortable with cis straight men but I want to meet people before moving in anyway! Preferably LGBT or female. Our age range is 20-30 but again, I’m happy to change that if we really click with someone! Ideally someone who has a means of income, whether that be benefits, a job or loan. Someone that’s clean and will treat communal areas nicely!
