Accessible accommodation needed

I am looking for accessible accommodation within daventry, either a studio apartment or 1 bed flat with private amenities. Ground floor due to mobility needs, own bathroom with either a step in shower or wet room, washing machine, heating, cooking facilities, fridge freezer and parking if possible. I am looking for a landlord who will accept the Landlord incentive scheme. Due to health issues this must be within daventry so I can access health appointments and support. I am a single female 42, very clean and tidy and house proud.
