Looking for a buddy up

My lease is coming up for renewal at the end of March, so I’m exploring the option of renting with a like-minded person a two-bedroom flat, or a spacious one-bedroom that could be converted into two rooms to keep costs reasonable.

I’m a full time professional that works a lot and often late hours, so the flat would usually be quiet and free in the evenings. I’m easy-going and value a peaceful living environment. Ideally, I’d like to get along well with my flatmate and be able to share a dinner or grab a coffee sometimes. I also really value personal space and downtime.
