Looking for a comfy place and nice flatmate

Hi, I'm a recent graduate from UofG, currently working in customer service. I'm looking to rent a place or buddy up to look together that isn't too expensive but is also comfortable enough, preferably with dependable transport links and around city centre or west end.

Little about myself:
I prefer my own quiet times but also an not opposed to bringing people over. In fact, I like comfy gatherings and dinner nights. A bit of both worlds. I like conversing on shows, music and even getting to know other topics of interest.

I'm relatively clean and want someone who can come together and keep the place hospitable, especially bathrooms and kitchen if shared. I describe myself as easygoing and a good communicator.

I'm looking for someone who is similar to that, doesn't mind people over (although my social circle is quite small so I don't do gatherings that frequently), doesn't mind sometimes conversing about common interests, loves music and movies and is overall a kind person. I'm currently staying within a sublet agreement and am looking to move for a proper place that I can call home. I smoke and drink but I don't smoke inside, I don't like odd smells in the places I stay at. I mainly keep to myself but also love socialising with similar minded people.
