I’m starting my first year at NTU this Sept...

I’m starting my first year at NTU this September, studying Criminal Psychology. I’m a quiet, responsible student looking for a simple private home for myself and my small senior dog for the duration of my course, so I’m hoping to find a long-term place rather than a short stay.
My dog is calm, well behaved, fully house trained and spends most of the day resting. I understand the importance of keeping a property clean and well looked after and would treat the home with care and respect.
I’m financially supported through Student Finance England and can provide references if required. Alongside SFE ill be working so can guarantee security. I’m ideally looking for a peaceful, secure property with good transport links to NTU.
