Spacious room and/or buddy up wanted for SE LDN

Hi! We’re Hugo and Siobhan, a married couple looking for a new place to live from mid–late February.

We’re both working professionals in coffee and hospitality. Hugo is London-born, 27, works in café management, and plays football. Siobhan is 33, from New Zealand, and is training to be a psychotherapist. We’re friendly, considerate, and value a home that feels calm, clean, and genuinely lived in rather than just a place to crash.

What we’re looking for:
• A spacious double room, ideally with space for a desk or home-working setup
• Or a buddy-up for a 2–3 bed where we can create a comfortable, long-term home
• SE London preferred (Nunhead, Brockley, Peckham, Honor Oak, Forest Hill), but open to nearby areas for the right place
• Budget roughly £1,200–£1,400 all-in depending on space and setup

What you can expect living with us:
• Tidy, respectful, and communicative
• Sociable but not party-heavy
• Happy to share meals occasionally, but also independent
• Big on mutual respect, shared responsibility, and keeping common spaces nice

We’re not in a rush to jump at the first thing, but we are serious about finding the right fit and can move quickly once we do.
