2 bed property wanted to rent

We are 2 females aged 41 & 38 looking for a 2 bed property to rent that excepts housing benefit. We are both on universal credit and personal independence payment so will be getting housing benefit that can be paid directly to landlord it required. We are non smokers and have no children. We are looking for a 2 bed property as soon as possible. We can both provide references if needed. We are both clean and tidy and enjoy going to the gym and country walks. We are happy to house share and are flexible to who we share with but we do like to live with people who are not to loud and we both don't like being around too many people.
