Friendly female + cats seek house share/buddy up

Hello!

My two cats and I are looking for a nice home. We've been living in our current home for 8 years but sadly it's being sold.

We live in Archway and I work in Kings X so ideally we would like to remain in this general area of North London.

ME
50s. Considerate, honest, friendly, straightforward, respectful. I like cooking, tennis, current affairs, walking, travelling, eating, visual arts, culture, history, doing nothing, laughing, talking …..

I work full time for a news/media org doing a standard M-F job and wfh 1 day a week. I love what I do and where I work.

I'm quiet, clean and enjoy a calm, peaceful home. We don't need to be besties, but I do want to engage with the person I'm living with. It would be nice if you feel the same. Someone who wants to live harmoniously, not selfishly!

CATS
My cats are technically foster cats but it's long term .... They're friendly, older cats and both are use to living with dogs. They will need access to a safe garden.

HOUSEMATE
Looking for someone who genuinely likes cats, is friendly, honest, positive, engaged, considerate, self sufficient, optimistic, female, 40+ , I would prefer to live with someone who didn't work a standard M-F job but I'm not going to be fussy!

I’m open to initially meeting via zoom.

I'm available to move from March, but can be flexible.

I'm very open to buddying up as it's hard for oldies like us to find a house share ......
