We are two professionals working in academia: biologists aged 40 (Italy) and 27 (Spain). We would like to rent two rooms in a flat without more guests, from 30 March - 1st April, with a minimum stay of three months.
We both have a good command of English and are used to living in international environments. We are tidy, quiet and respectful tenants, and we always take good care of the places where we live. We do not smoke and have no pets.
