Looking for a room ideally south manchester, chorlton/didsbury/withington areas but I know these are well sought areas so I can be flexible.

I’m a design engineer working full time in dust extraction. It's quite niche but keeps me busy :) Ideally looking to move this month into somewhere clean and respectful. I work hybrid so will expect to work from home 2-3 days a week but I’m quiet and mainly doing drawing and design work in my room so I’d be setting up a small workspace in the bedroom rather than using communal areas.

Outside of work I like to stay active, hiking, climbing, running, gigs and the gym but I’m also into films, board games and occasional drink. Would be nice to share those hobbies with someone but would also respect personal space!

I drive so would need somewhere to park. Please get in touch if this sounds like a good fit!
