Responsible doctor, seeks flexible tenancy term

I’m a 30 year old non-smoking doctor looking to move to Cambridge from early March.

I’m looking to lodge/rent somewhere for circa 3-4 months, whilst I am hoping to buy a place for myself, with the option of extending this if needed (given the unpredictability of house hunting!)

I’m friendly, respectful and tidy, happy to muck in with household chores.
I have a car so parking space is a plus, as well as proximity to Addenbrookes.

Disclaimer to be very transparent- I will have occasional on call work and may have to come and go (very quietly) from the house at late hours if called into Addenbrooke’s.
