Searching For A 2B

Hiya!

My name is Lisa and I’m a 28-year old professional who is moving to London and looking to buddy up with someone for a 2B (en-suite preferably). I’m German and will be working in FinTech in the city, 5 days a week in office.

Outside work, I love to spend my time with family and friends, in the gym trying to hit a new PB, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, creating makeup looks, and binging shows or movies. I mainly listen to 90s RnB (Boyz II Men have my heart) and I do enjoy activities – arcade and board games, an RnB day party, pottery painting, walks at the park, a cheeky (bottomless) brunch and get-together with friends. I love to celebrate my accomplishments and wins with fine dining experiences, whether that’s solo or with an extra.

I am bubbly, particularly tidy and respectful of personal and shared spaces and would appreciate someone similar. Although I do enjoy my own company very much, I don’t mind exploring London and doing activities with my prospective flatmate. :)

• Place: Modern en-suite double room with lots of natural light. Ideally furnished yet minimalistic for me to add my personal touch
• A plus: amenities such as gym facilities
• I’m ideally looking to share with 1 other woman preferably, and I’m not after a live-in landlord situation.
• I can move in from 24.03.26
• Budget: £1100pcm with bills included although I'm happy to stretch a bit for the right place.
