Looking for let property AND/OR respectful flatmat

I'm Fazil, 24yo professional working at maybird shopping centre, Stratford upon Avon. I am very mindful of other's space and choices, will adjust accordingly. Very tidy, and clean up after myself. I don't have party habits or create noise, always in my own busy bubble ( love to socialise if suitable ofc). I only cook twice or thrice a week, same for laundry. I love to spend most of my time working or working out, talking about anything amd everything with the right mindset people.
