Looking for flatmates

I’ve been accepted to Chelsea College of Arts and am set to start grad school in September. I’m looking in advance for flatmates or housing options starting as early as July/August 2026. Coming from the US, I am looking for someone more experienced in the housing/accommodations in London to help guide this process.
As a housemate I am: clean and respectful of space and personal time, but would love to find friends through this experience as well. I will be moving with nothing but clothing so open to furnished options, or pitching in for shared spaces. I like to cook, am okay with animals, and prefer quiet hours during the week and whatever you want on the weekends.
About me: I will be studying a lot and want to immerse myself in the culture and art of the city. In the US, I love to travel, go to museums & galleries, try new restaurants and cook at home, I love a good night out and particularly enjoy beer and wine but balance that with wellness and holistic health which is important to me.
My budget is 1500-1700 pcm and I’m open to neighborhoods. I hope to connect with females, gays or theys.
