Sunday evening to Friday morning stay

I am currently renting a property in Northallerton having partially relocated for work. I return to my main (owned) home most weekends. I am looking to rent a room with its own bathroom and with good WiFi and enough space for a desk as I work a fair bit on an evening. I am married, work in a professional environment (in the office not wfh) and am very tidy. I love animals but would struggle living in a shared space with cats due to allergies (but may manage if kept out of my room). Must have parking and be within 10 minute drive from Northallerton. Ticked box for Monday to Friday stay but would be Sunday evening to Friday morning really.
