Looking For A Queer Friendly Cat Friendly Home

heey everyone, my name's iago and i'm a 30 yr old queer trans man looking for a room with my cat called bug :~)

i grew up in the caribbean but been living in london now ten years, work full time @ an lgbt charity, and in my free time love reading and writing, films, working on music projects, cooking, gardening etc.

i'm a really tidy, friendly, calm housemate, conscious of shared space and noise and people's schedules, and looking for something long term for bug and me ( no sublets sorry ! )

i'm also looking for
- something in north/east london ( tho open to southeast also )
- up to around £1050 at a stretchh with all bills included
- and need to move no later than 28 feb

also bug is an indoor/outdoor cat, so needs to live somewhere with access to a garden/terrace/outside ! and with no other pets at home ideally :’~)

aside from that we’re pretty easy x

i'm also flexible with how sociable the house is : not looking for a party house, but would definitely prefer somewhere with a warm, friendly vibe where everyone still feels like they got plenty of privacy and space - down to catch up, share meals from time to time if that’s wanted etc :~)
