Looking for a room newton heath or failsworth

Hello, I’m interested in any rooms to rent or one bedroom flats in the newton heath, failsworth, moston area I’m a single male in my late 30s, quiet and responsible, with no pets, I don’t smoke, and looking to stay locally long-term.

I’m currently not working and receive housing benefit, which ensures my rent is covered. I am also in receipt of limited capability for work and pip so I am happy to cover any extra costs my housing benefit doesn’t cover I can also get a deposit.
