I am a Professional Senior Social Worker starting a long-term contract with the Council's Children’s Services in Workington.
I am looking for a stable, full-time (7 days a week) living arrangement. While I occasionally travel home for a weekend (once or twice a month), I require full access to the room and am not looking for a "weekday-only" or "Monday-to-Friday" setup.
I am a very tidy, quiet, and respectful individual who values a peaceful, professional environment.
What I Am Looking For
• Household: Seeking a quiet, female-only home.
• Access: Full 7-day tenancy (must include weekends).
• Parking: Essential – Private driveway or very secure off-street parking for my car.
• Budget: £433 per month (approx. £100–£120/week) inclusive of all bills and Wi-Fi.

I am looking for a room within a short commute of Workington Children's Services, specifically in:
• Workington & Immediate Suburbs: Seaton, High Harrington, Stainburn, or Winscales.
• Surrounding Villages: Great Clifton, Brigham, Little Broughton, or Dearham.
• Further Out: Cockermouth or Flimby.
