Looking for: Studio, 1-Bed Flat, Annexe or Lodger Accommodation

Hi, I’m Lee, a full-time employed field service engineer based around Stevenage. I’m looking for somewhere to move into as soon as possible

Ideally, I’m looking for:

* 1-bedroom flat
* Studio apartment
* Self-contained annexe
* Static caravan
* I would also consider a quiet lodger arrangement if it’s the right fit.

My maximum budget is £850 per month.

I’m in permanent full-time employment, have a regular monthly income, and can provide payslips, employer references and ID if required. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and a non-smoker (if applicable). I spend most weekdays at work and I’m looking for somewhere peaceful that I can call home.

My next payday is on the 25th, so if you’re a private landlord willing to discuss a flexible move-in arrangement or reduced upfront payment until then, I’d really appreciate hearing from you.
