Looking for bedroom in SE London

I’m 43, though most people say I look a lot younger, vegetarian, and a non smoker. I keep quite busy and live a fairly settled lifestyle. In my spare time, I go to the gym, go on coffee walks, visit art galleries, bookshops, charity shops, and vintage shops, binge-watch all sorts of things on YouTube, and try to find hidden spots in London.

I’m flexible on the move in date, although ideally I’d like to move by the end of April.

I’m open to either short term or long term, but I’d ideally be looking for somewhere long term.

I’m respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I work a lot, so I’m usually quite quiet during the week and tend to keep to myself. I do enjoy socialising towards the end of the week, but I’m not someone who has people over, and I’m very mindful about keeping shared spaces clean and looked after.
