Software Dev: Ensuite in Lewisham (Feb 28)

Hi, I’m Maxim. I am 22 years old and have lived in London for the past 4 years. I recently graduated in Game Design and Development and now work as a Software Developer on a Roblox game. I also take on technical projects involving AI and visual effects.

I am a non-smoker and very tidy. I spend a lot of time on my workstation for work, so I am a quiet and predictable housemate. While I value my focus time, I am a social person who enjoys a friendly chat and a positive atmosphere in the house.

What I am Looking For
I am searching for a furnished room that includes a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. I am very happy to share the kitchen and living area with others who respect each other's privacy but like to be social occasionally.

Location: Right next to Lewisham DLR station (ideally within a few minutes' walk).

Move-in Date: February 28th (flexible to move a few days earlier if needed).

Budget: £900 to £1100 per month (bills included).

For the right room, I am willing to pay an enhanced deposit of 3 months upfront to secure the move before my current lease ends.
