In search of a spacious double bedroom

I'm a working professional looking for a bill inclusive, furnished double bedroom in a shared house with a clean, tidy and friendly atmosphere to be occupied on a long term basis. I'm clean, tidy and friendly myself; although, reserved and mostly keep to myself, as i enjoy my own company. Internet, parking, a functional washing machine and heating is highly preferred. Safe street parking can be considered.
