Looking for a flatshare £700 bills included

I’m looking for a modern, well-maintained flat in a safe neighbourhood with excellent transport links. Ideally, it would have two bedrooms, along with a spacious kitchen and living area, so we can each enjoy our own private space while still sharing a comfortable, welcoming home environment.

I’d also ideally like to live with someone who is respectful, considerate, and very hygienic, as maintaining a clean and positive living space is important to me. Strictly considering ages 27 upwards. Please do not contact if the house mates do not match with this consideration
