Hard working full time professional. Looking for a flat, studio, room or even a caravan to rent, ideally in Penryn, Falmouth area or outside close to these areas

I do not drink or smoke. I am into running and hiking. I have no pets or children. Would ideally need somewhere I can park my car, that is the only essential.

Can provide positive references if requested. Both from previous landlords and work.
