• Clean and well-maintained bathroom
• Windows that open properly
• Washing machine (dryer preferred)
• Quiet and respectful living environment
• If sharing, preferably with one female / female household
I am tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I usually use headphones and rarely play music out loud. I enjoy reading, drawing, writing, exhibitions, and exploring the city.
