We are a group of three Students looking to find a 3-bedroom flat to call home starting in September 2026.
We have lived together previously and are very reliable, tidy, and respectful tenants. We are specifically looking for a property in the EC1, Old Street, or Clerkenwell area to be close to University
What we are looking for:
Move-in date: Early September
Budget: Up to £850-£900 per week for the whole property, preferably bills included.
Duration: 12-month minimum contract.
Must-haves: 3 bedrooms and a shared living area.
A bit about us:
We are Charlie, Josh and Arun, we are three best friends looking for the perfect flat in central london. We are easy going and respectful tennents.
We are ready to provide references and have our deposit ready for the right place.
