Easy going couple searching for studio / room

We are a couple currently searching for studio to rent or the right room considered, from April onwards until the end of October/ November. We’re both open-minded, respectful, and easy to live with and we’re looking for a peaceful base outside of work and surfing.

we understand the importance of being considerate, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. We’re comfortable balancing social interaction with personal space and respecting house dynamics.


We both enjoy a peaceful environment to unwind after surf and work.
We’ll both be working regularly throughout the season, I work as a supervisor in St Agnes so we’ll have structured routines and busy schedules. In our freetime, we enjoy staying active, board sports, spending time outdoors, and checking Surfline for the next swell. We’re responsible and reliable tenants, not ones for frequent drinking and partying.
