Room required to relocate near Newcastle

Mum passed away recently and i gavw up my pub that came woth a house so i am kinda homeless at the minute.

I am lookkng for a room to rent in or around Newcastle area hopefully with good public transport for work as i dont drive.

Im a Scottish sensible lad who works and plays hard. I keep myself to myself and just like an easy chilled life.

I do smoke but happy to do so outdoors.

If this is something you can help with or point me in the right direction i would be MUCH appreciated.
