• Lodger arrangement
• HMO property or shared house with 4 or fewer rooms

• Full-time working professional
• Single occupancy only
• Employed at the head office of a highly respected employer
• Ready to move forward quickly
• References available upon request (ID, payslips, employer letter, bank statements)
• Quiet, respectful, and considerate — friendly but keep to myself
• Clean and mindful of utilities
• Good credit score, no adverse records
• Non-smoker
• Not in receipt of benefits/DSS and have never claimed

Viewing availability:
• Monday–Friday: After 6:45pm
• Saturday: Any time
• Sunday: Before 9:00am or after 8:00pm
• Flexible if required
