I'm Ji-hoon , a professional actor and content creator from Korea, currently based in London. I'm heading to Edinburgh this August to participate in the Fringe Festival with my world music tour project!
I travel light with a 28-inch suitcase, a backpack, and my professional busking gear (a portable amplifier).
What I'm looking for:
I’m seeking a clean and respectful home in Edinburgh (preferably near Central or with good transport links). My budget is around £850 per month (bills included) / £200/pw, but I'm flexible for the right place during the festival season.
About me:
Creative & Tidy: I value a clean living environment and respect everyone's privacy.
Professional: As a performer, I'll be out busking and creating content during the day and resting/editing in the evenings.
Smoker: I am strictly an outdoor smoker (garden/street only) and will keep the indoor space 100% smoke-free.
Social: I'm friendly and always happy to have a chat, but I also value quiet time after a long day of performing.
Move-in Ready:
I'm looking to move in around early July(exactly) or August 1st (flexible dates) and stay until the end of the festival. I have my eVisa share code ready for an immediate right-to-rent check.
