WFH sales professional looking for a clean, bright flat (natural light is a big win) with someone likeminded easygoing, driven, and knows the good spots in town for food and a decent pint.

I work from home most days and take a fair few calls, so a respectful, relatively calm setup during the week works best. Background noise is absolutely fine, just not full-blown chaos. I’ve got the option of heading into the office in Spinningfields too, so there’s some flexibility.

I keep things clean and tidy. nothing over the top, but I respect the space and expect the same back (clean up after yourself, that sort of thing).

Big into health and fitness, gym, running, sport, but also enjoy getting out at the weekends. Think more good pubs, food spots and day plans rather than 3am nights.
