Relaxed mature, clean and tidy professional

I am a relaxed mature professional male, who is clean, tidy and respectful of others. I work in Central London so looking for a property with good transport links.
I'm primarily looking for a single room but would consider a double.
I would prefer a live in/ live out Landlord, South of the river.
I love sailing and have a small sail boat on the south coast.
Between March and December I spend the majority of my spare time at the boat.
I also love to travel during the winter months.
I enjoy cooking and social activities but I also enjoy my own company and I am respectful of others privacy.
