Single Or Double Room

Hello.

My name is Rina. I'm a 23-year-old Japanese woman currently living in London on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa.
My visa expires in January 2028, so I plan to stay in London for two years from now.

I'm using an interpreter, so I apologize if there are any mistakes in my English. I'm not very good at English, but I can communicate easily.

My budget is around £750 per month.

I'd like to move in as soon as possible, but I can move out of my current residence if I submit a one-week notice, so it will take a maximum of one week.

I'm a non-smoker, good at keeping things tidy, quiet, and polite. I value a clean and quiet home environment and always take good care of the place I live.

I'm looking for stable housing in London. If I like this apartment, I'd like to stay for at least six months, if possible.

Preferred
• All utilities (heating, gas, Wi-Fi, local tax) are included in the rent.
• I would prefer a private bathroom, if possible.

As a woman, I'd prefer a home as close to the station as possible or facing a main street.

• No penalty for moving out before the minimum contract period (I plan to stay long-term if I like the property, but I'm prepared in case it doesn't suit me).

• I regularly drink alcohol and eat pork.

If the conditions are right, I'd be happy to arrange a viewing.
