Double room wanted in North/East London

I've lived/worked in Hackney for 15 years and I am deeply-rooted in the area. I've shared with a lot of people over the years, so completely know the drill for a respectful and considerate living arrangement. I am naturally friendly, caring and helpful - always down for a chat!

I work in events, mainly live music, but also film screenings/exhibitions/theatre/talks/comedy, etc. I am a full-time production manager at music/arts venues in Dalston and Shoreditch. I also run my own promotion company, that does shows all across London, and a few monthly club nights . Essentially there's always guestlist spots for you, if that's your kind of thing!

I'm also pretty active - I run and/or swim most days. Whenever I have a few days off, I try to get out of London and explore the wilderness, either abroad or across these Isles. If I don't have enough time to make a trip out of town, I will certainly spend my time absorbing Art in some kind of medium in London.

My work is fairly intense, so when I'm at home I really appreciate the peace. I am legitimately clean (although impossible to prove on here!) and will always make an effort to keep the place looking tip-top, so it can be enjoyed to the full in precious downtime.

I'm looking to move out of my current place on 29th March, but that date is also flexible. The finances are all fine by me. I deliberately try to live minimally, so don't have tonnes of stuff.
