Hiya! I am a 36 year old full time graduate student seeking a furnished room in Cardiff from Mid/Late April onward. I am quiet, clean, friendly, considerate and responsible tenant.
I don’t have a UK guarantor but I am fully funded on federal student loans, I can prove this, as well as prove my disbursement schedule (next is in June) provide excellent credit report, and provide rental history and rental references for the UK and US.
Please let me know if you have a room available in Cardiff, preferably near Newport Road, Cardiff Uni, Splott, Adamstown, or City Center.
