Looking for room or buddy up asap, TF7 area

I'm a friendly and kind individual currently looking for an immediate accommodation for myself and my cat, she's a purely indoor cat and very quiet, we will also be happy keeping to ourselves or something more private.

I'm currently working within TF7 postcode on night shifts so you may see me later nights or early mornings going about work or having a little snack to eat.

I'm very approachable, easy going and a very clean and organised personality, I have interests all around games to philosophy and appreciating art.

I'm looking for somewhere to settle close to my work.
