​Hi! I’m a 21-year-old female student at UEL looking for a budget-friendly place to stay closer to campus.
​I am looking for a room in an all-female house in Barking, Ilford, or nearby East London areas.
​My Preferences:
​Type: Open to a shared room (bed-space), a small box room, or a single room.
​Budget: Looking for £350 to £500 pcm (ideally including bills).
​Household: Strictly all-female tenants/students.
​About Me:
I’m very tidy, quiet, and respectful of others' space. Since I’m a student, I spend a lot of time at the library or in classes, but I’m always up for a friendly chat at home. I don't smoke and I'm very easy-to-live-with!
