Professional seeking double room – Late March move

Hi, I’m Joe a 32 year old marketing professional working for an office fit-out company. I’m based near Bank and work in the office during the week, mainly shooting photos and videos, so I keep a steady routine and am usually out during the day.

I’m looking for a double room from around 20th–22nd March (my current tenancy ends on the 26th). Ideally somewhere well connected to central London, but I’m flexible on area for the right place.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a calm home environment rather than a party flat, but I’m always happy to have the occasional chat or cup of tea. I’ve lived in shared houses before and understand the importance of being considerate with shared spaces.

My budget is roughly £850 depending on location and bills. I’m happy to provide references and documentation if required.
