I am a professional self employed working in the show / events business, here in the UK and abroad. I'm looking for a quiet, safe and warm place to live.
Assured 3 months probation from September . If the right vibe, it will be my base for long term.
The ideal room would be an en suite in a not too crowded flat share.
Alternatively I might consider sharing a property with an appropriate number of bathrooms to avoid queues. The perfect place should also have space to park a motorbike at any time, also easy and fast commuting to and from central London by public transport.
About myself, I'm a very friendly and social enjoying spending my free time with flatmates, cooking or evenings out although sometimes in need of my own space to rest after long shifts or when working on my business administration.
Pets and smokers friendly if required.

I'm super fussy about hygiene and cleanliness, therefore I prioritise this rather than location, close by amenities, garden, top facilities or anything else. Top choice will be sharing with people having similar attitude.

I'm carrying outstanding references from all previous rented properties, one of which being living in for 9 years.
