28 year old professional male looking for a flat

I'm Sam - 28 year old professional male.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to buddy up with and look for a flat together in Walthamstow.

I'm pretty set on: not living with more than 2 other people, having a communal space and a decent sized room. I also don't want to live anywhere with a live-in landlord so thought it might be easier to join up with someone and look together.

I'm 28 and work as a GM in a craft beer taproom. I work full time so would be out of the house 5 days a week. In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, films and a enjoying couple of pints, but I'm also looking for a nice chilled place to relax during my time off.

I'm tidy, considerate and social, but also independent - essentially up for hanging out with the person/people I live with but also valuing space and alone time.
