Looking for a double room

I’m looking for a double room preferably with an en-suite bathroom. I have a medium sized dog, working cocker spaniel, he’s fully house trained and never left on his own as goes everywhere with me. I would prefer a male flatmate. I’m a quiet, 43 year old female, single, private person. Non drinker, non smoker, I don’t have parties etc. my budget is around £350-£420 per month and I would pay a bit more if all bills were included. Must be sharing with someone who is respectful, kind and has the same values and morals as I do, non drinker that respects privacy, peace and quiet is a must.
