Looking for female housemate to buddy up with

Hi! I'm Racheal, 29, and I'm looking for a female to buddy up with for a 2 bed, 2-bath place together.

I'm currently based outside of London but my lease ends in June, so I'm looking to move around that time.

I work as a Coordinator at a social justice charity, so it’s 3 days WFH and 2 in the office Some weeks can get busy with longer hours or occasional weekend work, but when I'm off the clock I love exploring new restaurants, going to the cinema, getting out for nature walks, and spending time with friends. That said, I equally value having a calm, quiet home to recharge in, so I'm not one for constant parties or noise but do love to host once a while.

One thing I look out for is cleanliness and hygiene. I've had a not-so-great experience in a shared house before, so I want to make sure we're both on the same page when it comes to keeping communal spaces clean and tidy. I like to think I’m very clean myself and just ask for the same in return!

I'm ideally looking at North London(work in Islington) areas like Islington, Tottenham, or Seven Sisters are top of my list. But I'm open to anywhere within a 20–30 minute commute into central London. I'm looking for an en-suite so you can have your own space and bathroom as well. My budget is £1,400 pcm including bills.
