Looking for a new home

I'm currently renting my own flat in Sutton area but need to find a flatshare as my rent is being increased by £300. I would like to stay in Sutton but will also consider Cheam, Carshalton and Morden too. I'm currently in receipt of Universal Credit as currently unfit for work but want to change that and get on with my life. I have savings too so can afford to pay my way. I don't spend all day watching TV or putting the heating on during the day. I'm active with my local bookclub plus do other socials. I gave up alcohol 3 years ago and don't smoke. I have to give 1 months notice to landlord and utilities. Would like to move by end of March. I'm open minded and think I get on with most people. Not a party person, more relaxed get to know you sort of person. I used to do flatshares b4 getting a rented flat so I know how to be respectful of other people's space etc. Would like my next move to feel like a home and not just renting a room somewhere. Would prefer to share with another female but am open to share with others. Been so long since I've done this, am trying to rack my brain what else to put here.
