We are calm, reliable, clean and warm 2 PhD researchers. We're looking to rent a whole property ideally with a garden and shed or garage in Vauxhall area.
We are looking for a long let. We're exempt from paying council tax and in receipt of regular stipends. We have good references.
We might also consider a large 1 bedroom property but ideally 2 bedroom house with a garden in Vauxhall area. Our budget depends on the property, location, etc
Larger properties - 3 or 4 bedrooms we might also consider. Our mentioned budget in the ad is for 4 bedroom property. For smaller properties we have a lower budget. Our budgets are £800pcm per person/room.
We are looking to rent anytime starting from 1 of July and the latest we would like to move in is the beginning of October. Ideally from 1 of September.
