I’m looking for a flatmate for a two-bedroom flat who values a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment. I’m a very neat and considerate person and take pride in maintaining a tidy, fresh smelling space. I never leave cleaning for others and expect the same level of responsibility from my flatmate.
I have a structured lifestyle and I usually go to the gym at 5:30am, stay active, and sleep quite early, so I’m not someone who makes loud noises or keeps late hours. I also don’t really have people visiting often, so you’ll rarely see new faces in the flat apart from my partner and sister.

I enjoy a friendly atmosphere and love chatting here and there, while also respecting personal space. I’m currently on a journey to be more disciplined and consistent in my routine, so I would really appreciate living with someone who also values structure and a balanced lifestyle.
